Motorcycle accident

We represented the estate of a young woman, a passenger on a motorcycle, in a suit against the estate of the motorcycle driver who made a turn at an excessive speed, resulting in the fatal crash. We attached assets of the estate and obtained a settlement greater than the amount of the driver's insurance coverage.

Automobile accident

We represented a man whose car was hit from behind. He suffered a neck injury requiring disk surgery and fusion. At arbitration, the client obtained a settlement.
