Frederick Brewington says, “Policing is in itself an institution and a system, it does not need to be the same simply because it’s always been the way that it’s always been—that’s called insanity. We need to now change what’s going on in the 21st century and make this the reality that we say we want it to be, not the reality that it’s become.”
