On June 29, 2012, David Milton gave a presentation at a training in New York City for civil rights lawyers. David spoke on electronic discovery in police misconduct cases. David emphasized that as police departments’ use of technology increases, police misconduct lawyers must develop new strategies for obtaining police records.
